Candy Moore, BSN, RN, CMSRN
Candy Moore is the owner, certified assisted living administrator and activities director of Southern Magnolia Living. She brings over 26 years of combined nursing experience that spans the full spectrum of the nursing profession. Candy graduated from East Carolina University with her BSN, and has extensive experience in hospice, palliative care, ICU, oncology, surgical, cardiac, and nursing home environments. She has served on many nursing counsels and held nurse leadership roles in hospitals, including WakeMed.
Candy believes that providing exceptional care, compassion, respect, and dignity to her residents will improve their quality of life. She believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, and that caring for the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs are pivotal to living one’s best life. The caring and trustworthy staff who are continually educated and trained to share Candy’s values of care will enrich the lives of the residents and the staff who serve your loved one.
Candy has been married for 22 years and has two children and a dog named Sam. She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
